Regarding the satement about "reservations in the country have benefited from Casino wealth"...

It's my understanding that both federal and loacl government have decided that the Natives should not have any part in American business, let alone the American Dream.

I know that a crack down on mail order cigarette sales, which is an important part of Native ecconomy has been crippled in New York State. The reservations are no longer allowed to operate credit card machines, thus killing off a fair percentage of business and for those who still run the risk of doing business it's all done through personal checks and wire transfers.

I could be wrong but I suspect if the "red skins" haven't been run out of the gambling business, they will soon.
